Electromechanical Technician – Day Shift

To do:

• Identify and solve machine malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in projects.
• Actively contribute to improvements of machines and installations.
• Manage technical documentation and adhere to quality and safety procedures.

To have:

• Degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• Understanding of technical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams and PLCs.
• Good physical condition and strong communication skills.

Deboners

To do:

• Deboning hams and shoulders with attention to quality and safety.

To have:

• Experience in cutting pork meat.
• Emphasis on traceability, food safety, and hygiene.
